LLC. was opened in 2001 , registered in California and
based in New York, although our team as it is with minor changes
exists since 1999 and includes some of the best specialists

non dedicated to website business only companies and brands,
but in 2001 we incorporated in America to be legally close to
our clients and partners, to fall under the same jurisdiction
and to finally give a separate legal entity, brand and market

In 2003 we have established a Netherlands company RED
& Partners B.V. based in Amsterdam and also dedicated
for our adult website business for the similar reasons thus
making it our second company operating under our adult entertainment
brand only. All of our assosiates from programming department
have been previously employed in large telecommunication corporations.
Our marketing and business development department employees
have a vast previous experience in various banks and financial
companies worldwide.
In 2004 we have established a third company of our group - New Concept Business SL based in Spain.
